Virus and Malware Removal - $60
Virus and malware removal includes a 15 day service warranty. Service also includes the installation of reccomended free anti-virus and anti-malware software.
Please note that sometimes malware can become too entrenched in the system and require a full Operating System re-inststallation.
Data Backup
Data backup services include copying all personal data saved in the user or home folder of your computer. Installed programs and applications cannot be backed up.
Up to 64GB - $40
Up to 128GB - $60
Up to 1TB - $160
All backup services include the price of an appropriately sized USB flash drive, or USB portable hard drive. If you require backup of greater than 1TB of data, please inquire for pricing.
WiFi Setup - $160
WiFi setup includes on site setup of your purchased WiFi equipment. During setup, you will be able to choose your wireless network's name and password. WiFi setup also includes connecting up to 10 devices (such as printers, PCs, laptops, tablets, smart TVs) to your new wireless network.
Operating System Upgrade or Reinstall - $90
The Operating system upgrade includes an "in place" upgrade for either Windows 10 or macOS. Data backup is not included in this service, however you may bundle any of the above data backup services with an OS upgrade for a discount.
Please note that it is not advised to perform an operating system upgrade without a full data backup. This is due to the ever-present possiblity of data loss that can occur due to unforseen upgrad complications. Due to the posibility of data loss, we reccomend performing a full backup yourself, or bundling our data backup service.
Remote Troubleshooting - $35 per hour
Most issues or questions can be solved remotely, however sometimes network issues can cause a remote connection to your PC to fail. In this case, we also offer on-site troubleshooting.
Please note, there is a 1 hour minimum charge for remote troubleshooting
On-site Troubleshooting - $50 per hour
For problems that cannot be solved via remote troubleshooting, an on-site visit may be necessary.
